How we got started:
When we started, we were not envisioned to be a company! It was merely a friend helping a friend in a crunch. A couple, because of misleading inaccurate information, could not receive financing for a home. So our original owner started researching for a way to help them and help them he did! After a few months of searching and a numerous calls, the couple was able to purchase their home because of what the owner had achieved. What started as a small outfit located in the basement of our original owner's house and a man helping his friends acquire financing, has blossomed into a full-scale operation! Word of mouth & referral marketing took the company out of his basement in 2 years to its first location on Swift in North Kansas City. We have been in business for 16 years with an outstanding record with the better business bureau and licensed and bonded with the Missouri Division of Finance. We have continued to grow nationally by word of mouth and by working with Mortgage Company's and Financial Institutions across the country.
